Laws of Donal's Landscapes (club)
Rules of the club are as follows:
Donal's Landscapes (club) is a private membership club for those of mankind that require garden design, maintenance and landscaping services;
The club is hosted by i:the man; donal-eamonn; a membership fee of €2 is included in each donation made to Donal's Landscapes club; membership provides exclusive access to the skillset of i; and the man; stephen-donal and andrew-james; to provide landscaping services and or maintenance on your property; all services through or within the club occur within the private domain only; your booking confirms your acceptance to the agreement of membership and the laws of the club;
A booking confirms that compensation for work involved has been agreed and that fifty percent of the total compensation for work agreed will be given on the first day work commences on the members property, and the final fifty percent of the total compensation will be given on the last day of work on members property;
A commercial booking will be billed monthly;
Contacting i, by any means, to make an appointment and a subsequent call out or site visit (to a member's property) will be deemed as tacit acceptance of the rules of the club which then becomes law;
The club services, including the website, www.donalslandscapes.com and any social media page started, created or maintained by the club, are offered by i, the man; donal-eamonn; on an "as is" basis;
i, offer my time and property through the club; any knowledge offered through the club is the property of i;
All who use the knowledge offered through this website or any other part of the club do so as the man or woman only, and do take full responsibility for said use;
i, donal-eamonn; can speak to you as the man or woman only;
All who donate and or compensate for the time and property of i, do so as the man or woman in the private;
Any property that i, the man did create, i, hereby claim as the property of i;
i, have the right to change these laws at any time as necessary; continued use of the website or Facebook/Meta page indicates your acceptance of any change to these laws;
These laws are also applicable to any club services offered and carried out by i, at another physical location;

Member affirmation
i, enter into this agreement of my own free will;
i, choose to establish this agreement between i, and the man, donal-eamonn;
i, agree to be responsible for my own actions and for the consequences of receiving consultancy and landscaping and or maintenance services from the man, donal-eamonn;
i, attest that my actions on this and any subsequent visit to this website or to any social media platforms, any event or place provided within the club (including electronic communications) are by i, in my own right and private capacity as the man or woman, and not as an agent or representative for any governmental or non-governmental agency or organisation whose purpose is to enforce a legal code, act or statute where no man or woman has been harmed, or to carry out any mission of entrapment or investigation; i, understand that this will be considered to be trespass by way of barratry and that i, will become immediately liable to pay compensation under this agreement, in the amount of €500,000 plus €10/minute the trespass continues;
i, understand that any claims of wrong and or trespass under this agreement shall be governed by law and may be pressed at a court of law and between those of mankind only;
i, agree that by reserving an appointment and making a donation or compensation in exchange for the services and benefits of Donal's Landscapes club; that i, have read, understood and accept, without coercion, the agreement of membership and laws of the club;
i, agree that there are no refunds for donations or compensation or other value attributed to Donal's Landscapes club membership; what is given is given freely;
i, agree to act according to law and with good will, not to engage in abusive, violent, menacing, destructive or harassing behaviour towards any other man or woman who does participate in the club lest my membership be dismissed, and access to all time and or property offered by or through the club cease;
